The Role: We seek a talented and experienced '3rd Officer’.

Description Brief:

You will be crucial to deck operations onboard, reporting directly to the Chief Officer. Your responsibilities will include standing watch, assisting in tendering, zodiac, kayak, and submarine operations as required, supervising crew assigned to mooring stations, and ensuring that mooring operations are conducted in accordance with the advice in the Code of Safe Working Practice, and monitoring that the vessel maintains draught, trim, and adequate stability at all times as required by the Staff Captain.

You will follow our policies, procedures, and safe working practices, fostering a strong safety culture.

Minimum Requirements:

- To apply for this role, you must hold an Officer of the Watch (II/1) License.

- Experience onboard as 3rd Officer – ideally onboard small cruise ships.

- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position.

- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
