Position: Recruiter (Behavioral Health)
Pay Rate: $40-$45 per hour, based on experience
Duration: 2-3 month assignment with potential for extension
Location: Fully Remote (Laptop, cell phone, and all necessary tools will be provided)

Job Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to help us find top-notch candidates for a variety of behavioral health roles. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in key roles. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with talented professionals and building strong relationships in the behavioral health field.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to placement.
Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of open roles.
Source and attract qualified candidates for behavioral health positions, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies for each position.
Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and provide hiring managers with qualified candidates.
Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manage the recruitment process smoothly from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and the organization.
Build lasting relationships with behavioral health professionals and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements:

3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in the behavioral health field, including experience with mental health professionals.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience with job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Familiarity with iCiMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
