Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Receptionist with experience in managing insurance processes. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with excellent communication skills

• Check-in patients and ensure all necessary paperwork and information are completed

• Verify patient insurance information and handle basic insurance-related tasks

• Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar

• Maintain the reception area and assist with general administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a related administrative role

• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing

• Proficiency with office software and medical scheduling systems

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Ability to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for patients
