Residential Project Architect / Project Manager
Minneapolis | Direct Hire | 70k to 90K

Konik is partnering with an award-winning Residential Design firm seeking to add a Project Architect/Project Manager to their team. In this role, you will contribute to design and work throughout the design and documentation phases of custom residential projects. Additionally, you will interact with the clients and coordinate with consultants and contractors. Our client promotes work/life balance and provides an environment of collaboration, growth, and mentorship. They are an established practice that seeks to do high-quality and meaningful design for their client base.

Project Architect/ Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Work independently and collaboratively on multiple residential projects of varying scale
• Work within all design and construction phases, including code research, concept design, design development, construction documents, specifications of materials and products, and interior and exterior detailing.
• Interact with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Contribute to an area of the practice that interests you: Marketing, Brand Management, Operations, Human Resources, and/or Facilities.

Project Architect/ Project Manager Requirements: 

• BArch, MArch degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School.
• Licensed Architect (a plus but not required).
• 5-10 years of experience in architecture; single-family residential project experience is a must
• Knowledge of residential scale construction techniques, systems, materials, and details.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient and efficient in BIM, preferably with ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
