Ben & Jerry’s is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Catering Department. In this role, you’ll lead our efforts to drive sales growth, expand business partnerships, and bring the joy of Ben & Jerry’s to events, meetings, and special occasions. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Growth & Lead Generation
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on high-impact accounts and partnerships.
Develop a pipeline of leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers.

-Account Management
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and customize our catering offerings to exceed their expectations.

-Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events that showcase Ben & Jerry’s products.
Ensure smooth event execution by managing logistics, overseeing staff, and handling on-site client communication.

-Sales Strategy & Reporting
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with department goals, including monthly and quarterly targets.
Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform future strategies and improvements.

-Market Analysis & Brand Representation
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales approaches.
Represent Ben & Jerry’s in a manner consistent with our values, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
