As the Staffing Operations Manager at our client , you’ll oversee the entire staffing operation, from recruitment and placement to client management and performance reporting. You’ll ensure that staffing solutions are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget while continuously improving processes to drive better results for clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management and Process Optimization:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the staffing department, ensuring that recruitment, placement, and client services run efficiently. You’ll optimize workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure that all operations align with business goals and client needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, account managers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. You’ll foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where employees are motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Quality Control and Performance Monitoring:
  • Ensure that staffing services meet or exceed client expectations by monitoring performance metrics such as time-to-fill, placement success rates, and client satisfaction. You’ll implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in recruitment and service delivery.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation:
  • Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and lead initiatives to enhance staffing processes. You’ll introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the quality of staffing solutions.
  • Client Management and Relationship Building:
  • Collaborate with client account managers to ensure that client needs are met with timely and effective staffing solutions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting:
  • Oversee staffing operations budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that the department operates within budget. You’ll track expenses, forecast costs, and find ways to improve profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure that the staffing operation complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You’ll manage risk by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Educational Requirements:
