Position: Recruiter (Behavioral Health)
Salary: $40-$45/hr. (based on experience)
Duration: 2-3 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Fully Remote (Laptop, cell phone, and all necessary tools provided)

Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and manage the full life cycle of recruitment for behavioral health positions. In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process for front-line behavioral health professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding a team of compassionate and skilled individuals.

Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source, screen, and recruit qualified professionals for behavioral health roles, including LCSWs, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Leverage recruiting platforms, social media, and networking strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct interviews and present top candidates to hiring managers.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Build and maintain relationships with behavioral health professionals and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:

3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the behavioral health industry.
Knowledge and experience with sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Familiarity with iCiMS or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
A passion for helping organizations find the right people to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health.
