This position offers incredible flexibility and work-life balance! You'll have the opportunity to provide supervision to Assistants and Clinical Fellows, with the option to create a schedule that fits your life. Choose from:
Hybrid Position: Work 3-4 days in-clinic and 1-2 days providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, paperwork, and telehealth services.
Fully Remote Position: If you prefer, you can work entirely from home, with pay based on visits. You'll receive $50 per 30-minute session and $120 for evaluations, with up to 40 hours guaranteed per week.
For a full-time SLP position (40 hours per week), the annual salary ranges from $80,000 - $100,000. Full-time benefits are available for employees working 30+ hours per week. We also offer flexible part-time and full-time options, with guaranteed hourly rates for both.

Qualifications:
Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (can include student internships or Clinical Fellowships)
Washington State License in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
