We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and gain valuable experience in a professional environment. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Salary Range:  $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while serving customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
