Position Name : Travel Social Worker LMSW Immediate Opportunity!

Start Date : ASAP (12/9 firm start date)

Employment Type: Fulltime Travel Contract Temporary

Contract Length: 13 weeksAccepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2800 weekly Gross pay (Nontaxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Behavioral health unit Adolescent and Children unit

Shift: 8 Hours; Days 8.00a 5.00p

Schedule for Position 1: 40 hours / week guaranteed 5 shifts per week MondayFriday No weekend No call

Schedule for Position 2: 40 hours / week guaranteed 3 shifts per week during MondayFriday Every weekend No call

RTO will not be approved for 12/22 1/5

Position Requirements:

• Recent/Current Social Worker experience: 2 years Required
• Recent/Current Psychiatric or Behavioral health settings: 2 years Required
• Inpatient Social Work experience: 12 years Preferred
• Experience with Adolescent and Child patient population Required
• Must accept a flexible 40hour workweek scheduled to meet the needs of patients and families within the guidelines of the bargaining agreement Required

Education License and Certification Requirements:

• MSW Masters Degree in Social Work or Equivalent Required
• LMSW Social Work License (Equivalent or Higher) for State of VT Required (Facility will pend VT license can apply upon offer)
• BLS Certification from AHA Required (Can obtain upon offer)

Job Description:

• Under general supervision responsible for providing clinical/case management services to patients and their families in order to promote the optimal individual interpersonal and social functioning of the patient and assure reintegration in to the community or the environment most suited to the patients continued wellbeing.
• Must be flexible to work across the life span with our Child/Adolescent and Adult populations.
• Provide social work case management therapy services to the assigned case load.
• Performs all job duties in line with Social Worker Behavioral Health Therapist responsibilities.
• Follows all organizational policies and procedures outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual of the facility.
